A West German court ruled that tampering with condoms was considered stealth. The case is being called 'historic' in the West German city of Bielefeld, as a woman has been found to be 'stealthing' for the first time. Stealth means when one partner removes the condom during sex without informing the other. The court said that the 39-year-old woman had physical relations with her 42-year-old male friend. In court, their relationship was described as 'Friends with Benefit', in which there is a physical relationship between friends, but there is no love between them. Judge Astrid Salevsky, who ruled the case, said: "We are giving a historic verdict today. Stealth usually occurs when the man removes the condom, but it will also be considered in reverse cases. Here too neither means nor does it matter.
